New Director Appointed
Posted on Wednesday June 16, 2004Belvedere Resources Ltd has accepted the resignation of Brian Bayley as a director and has approved the appointment of Charles Donald as a director.
Mr Bayley resigned as a director to devote additional time to his other business interests.
Mr Donald is based in the United Kingdom and is a substantial shareholder in Belvedere Resources.
