Belvedere withdraws from Heads of Agreement

Further to the announcement of February 3rd 2006, Belvedere Resources Limited have completed their due diligence work, and have decided not to proceed at this time with the acquisition of the West Lapland exploration dataset and the Pahtavuoma and Saattopora Mining Leases, as set out under the Heads of Agreement with Outokumpu Mining Oy.
