Announces Changes to Board of Directors
C$ 1.1 Million Private Placement Completed
Belvedere Resources Limited is pleased to announce the following changes to the management structure and Board of Directors.
The Company is pleased to welcome D.H.W. Dobson as Chairman of the Board. Harry Dobson, a mining industry veteran, brings many years of experience to the Company. Mr Dobson has been and remains as Director and/or Chairman of several exploration and mining companies. As Chairman of American Pacific Mining, Mr Dobson successfully reopened the El Mochito zinc and silver mine in Honduras, and more recently, as Chairman of Kirkland Lake Gold has put the Macassa gold mine back into production.
The Company is also pleased to welcome David Pym as Director and CEO and Toby Strauss as Director and COO. They bring to the company over 25 years of combined experience in mineral exploration.
Andrew Aylwin steps down as President of the Company but will continue as Finance Director. P.N. Glass has resigned as a Director of the Company.
The Company has received regulatory approval for its recently announced private placement. The Company has issued a total of 3,550,000 units at a price of $0.32 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share for a period of 12 months at a price of C$ 0.50 cents. A finder’s fee of 6% totaling C$ 68,160 will be paid in connection with this private placement. The net proceeds of C$ 1,067,840 from the private placement will be applied to general working capital and to further developing the Company’s projects in Finland.
