Kiimala Properties
The Kiimala property currently totals 34 square kilometres of claims. The area boasts an excellent infrastructure, with power and roads cutting through the property area. Numerous occurrences of orogenic vein and shear hosted gold mineralisation have been identified along a 15 kilometre strike length. Outcrop in the area is less than 5% with the remainder covered by glacial deposits 3-10 metres thick.
- Free staked property in 2004
- Historical Drilling: 160 holes for 11,000 m - 110,000 oz's of Au
- Multiple Zones, including:
- K1 (Ängesneva): 1.2 Mt @ 1.54 g/t Au (59,400 oz) (Historical)
- K3 (Vesiperä): 0.3 Mt @ 2.5 g/t Au (24,100 oz) (Historical)
- Data review identified 2 first order targets:
- K1 (Ängesneva) - 3,500m drilling
- K3 (Vesiperä) - 2,000m drilling
- Four 2nd order targets on existing drill intersections - no reliable resources
- Numerous 3rd order targets, including Antikanperä - largest gold geochemical anomaly in the region
Work to date has focused principally on the Angesneva project. Typical intersections on the project are:

Current Status
- Drilling to commence in October
- Angesneva resource estimate in progress. Mineralisation remains open along strike and to depth.
- Ground geophysical surveys to the noth in the Antikanpera prospect area have identified several targets associated with gold anomalous bedrock and soil geochemistry.
- Second order targets to be drilled
