Gold Properties
Belvedere currently has 549,000 oz's of gold in published resources from a number of different properties. The company is targeting large tonnage open-pittable gold projects. The Kopsa, Kiimala, Rantasalmi and Hirsikangas properties form the basis of a substantial gold portfolio in a newly recognised gold district in Finland. These properties and other less developed exploration properties more than fulfill the companies exploration criteria. All of the projects are associated with major regional structures with numerous documented occurrences of gold mineralisation along significant strike lengths of at least two kilometres and in most cases substantial historical resources.
Belvedere is in a unique position, being the dominant claim holder in the region and is focused on rapidly growing the resource base through upgrading and developing historical resources and making new discoveries.
In the Kuusamo district Belvedere has a number of advanced stage gold, cobalt, copper properties.
