Private Placement Increased

Following the news release on March 2nd, where Belvedere Resources Ltd (“the Company”) announced a private placement of up to 3,500,000 units at C$ 0.32 cents per unit, the Company is pleased to advise that a total 3,550,000 units have been placed.
The issue of the common shares are subject to regulatory approval.
